Luella May Kimble, 84 of Sandusky and formerly of Fostoria, died Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Parkvue Care Center in Sandusky, OH.
She was born August 16, 1934 in Fremont, Ohio, to George and Thelma (Brocious) Shoemaker. She married Allan D. Kimble on May 28, 1955 in Fostoria, Ohio.
Surviving are sons, Michael (Linda) Kimble of Fremont and James Kimble of Fostoria; daughter, Jeanette (Jeffrey) Gilbert of Huron; 12 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Allan; son, Robert Kimble; and brothers, Kenneth and Raymond Shoemaker.
A 1952 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon High School, she enjoyed puzzles, cross-stitch, reading and bingo. She retired in 1992 from Honeywell in Fostoria. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church.
Funeral services will be Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home in Fostoria, Ohio with Pastor Jim Michaels officiating.
Visitation will be Friday, November 30, 2018 from 3-6 p.m. and one hour prior to services Saturday, both at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fountain Cemetery in Fostoria, Ohio.
