Sarah E. Brown, 88 of Fostoria, Ohio, died Thursday, October 4, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Maumee, Ohio.
She was born July 1, 1930 in Pageton, West Virginia, to Thomas and Rhoda (Mitchem) Graham. She married Albert Brown on December 20, 1948 in Eckman, W. VA. He died June 30, 2017.
Surviving are daughters, Nina (John) Gerlach of Dunkirk, Joann (Steve) Boyer of FL and Juanita (Fred) Bechstein of Custar; brother, Raymond (Rose) Graham of W. VA.; grandchildren, Jessica (Rikk) Phiengthirath, Tanya Erbe, Elizabeth (Quentin) Stang, Mindy (Dave) Wagner and Melanie Gerlach; great grandchildren, Mikayla Erbe, Paige Hartman, Ryann and Rylee Warnimont, TaiLee Phiengthirath, Evan and Emily Stang; and daughter-in-law, Sally Brown.
She is preceded by parents; husband; son, Richard Brown; sisters, Edith and Cindy; brothers, Andrew, Ruben, Joseph, Phillip, Wiley and Hiley Graham and Jim Yoder.
Sarah was a homemaker and loved gardening, crocheting, sewing and her poodles.
Funeral services will take place Saturday, October 6, 2018 at noon at the Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home in Fostoria, Ohio, with Reverend Isaac Clark officiating.
Visitation will be two hours prior to services at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Kansas Cemetery, Kansas, Ohio.
Memorials can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
